Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this site comfortably, including people with disabilities. The site follows Israeli Standard 5568, based on WCAG 2.1 level AA, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.

What we did

  • Clear heading and content structure for screen readers.
  • The whole site works with a keyboard alone, with a "skip to main content" link.
  • Every image has a text description.
  • Colours have sufficient contrast between text and background.
  • Every form field has a label, and error messages are announced.
  • The site adapts to phones, tablets and desktops, and works at up to 200% zoom.
  • An accessibility menu (the round button in the corner) lets you enlarge text, raise contrast, highlight links, switch to a readable font, add spacing, use grayscale and stop animations.

Found a problem?

If anything on the site isn't accessible to you, we'd really like to know and fix it. Contact Chaya, accessibility coordinator:

The classes themselves take place outdoors. To check whether a class suits a child with special needs, or how accessible a particular location is, contact us before registering and we'll work it out together.
